Product Description
HYXC-0368 emulsion is a nonionic polydimethylsiloxane emulsion with an active content of 60%. Because of its nonionic nature, it can be widely used in various systems, such as nonionic, anionic, cationic emulsification systems or without complex formation. The performance of HYXC-0368 emulsion is significantly better than that of similar products on the market. It has better stability when diluted to 20% solid content.

how to use
Used for stripping/ lubricant, HYXC-0368 emulsion can be used directly or diluted, and traditional spraying, dipping, rubbing or brushing can be used.Low hardness water should be used for dilution.For example, 1 part by mass of HYXC-0368 emulsion is diluted with 20 parts by mass of water, but users can do small-scale experiments based on the concentration required for use before production.HYXC-0368 emulsion can be used directly or diluted.As a textile finishing agent, the padding process can be used, the amount of emulsion used depends on the fabric structure and type (natural or synthetic).Under normal circumstances, the recommended concentrations are 6g/L and 25g/L.
| padding process1.Rinse the fabric thoroughly with a non-ionic detergent, then rinse with 2g/L 80% acetic acid solution for 5 minutes.This process can neutralize the alkali remaining in the previous process and avoid oil spots or roller sticking caused by unstable impregnation liquid. 2.If anti-grease resins or fillers are used in the process, the mixture should be diluted according to the manufacturer's recommendations. If the temperature is too high, the temperature should be reduced to below 30ºC before padding the silicone emulsion. 3.Pre-dilute the HYXC-0368 emulsion with approximately the same mass of water and then add to the mixing tank as needed. 4.If you need to use a grease-resistant catalyst, please use the same quality of water to premix and add it to the mixing tank. 5.Dilute to desired volume with cold water.

Pay attention when using
- Use clean mixing tanks, feed lines, roll boxes and rollers
- Use cold water to dilute lotion
- Do not use high shear mixing when preparing finishing solutions

Validity and storage
HYXC-0368 emulsion will freeze, so please take care to avoid freezing. If freezing occurs, please thaw at room temperature before continued use.To prevent freezing, please store unopened within 5ºC ~ 40ºC. This product is valid for 12 months from the date of production.
