(1) Product description
Chemical Name:α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane is a synthetic modified silicone oil.
The main models produced by our company:
- QJ203: General type; 2. QJ203H: High hydroxyl value; 3. QJ203L: Low hydroxyl value;
- QJ203D: Linear silicone oil; 5. QJ203T: Methoxy-terminated polymethyl silicone oil, new structure control.
(2) Product characteristics
This product is an oily colorless or light yellow liquid. It is polymerized and hydrolyzed using scientific methods. In addition to the excellent properties of methyl silicone oil, it also has special properties brought by active hydroxyl groups.;It has excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point and low freezing point. It can be used in -For long-term use under the conditions of 50ºC ~ +250ºC, it has small viscosity-temperature coefficient, large compressibility, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, chemical inertness, and physiological inertness.
(3) Main purpose
1. This product is mainly used as a structural control agent for silicone rubber;

Finishing polyester chemical fiber fabrics can make the fabrics soft, straight, smooth, elastic, smooth and plump, and at the same time can Give the fabric waterproof and water-repellent properties;
